Club Activitiy-have mini activity every club meeting to keep students entertained
-Provide snacks like starbust, candy, not cookie cuz its expensive and make a mess. (donation from officers)
-Time Management and deliver the key message to the members. Who?

#4 COMMUNICATION SYSTEM ( A Plan )

Emails-1 week ahead and Phone call 1-2 days before the event.
-List every officers e-mail and phone number on the forum site to make the communication smooth among officers. It is listed on home page
-Each officers should be able to contact any other officers.
